E. W. Moon, Inc. performed utility design for the Phase 2 extension of the Metro Expo Line from Culver City to Santa Monica. Work included coordination with DigAlert with utility companies, quantity take offs and coordination with station designs. We also provided field engineering on Phase 2 construction. This included liaison with the City of Los Angeles for construction activities within Los Angeles, and as-built record preparation.
