E.W. Moon, Inc. provided Civil Engineering design services for the new Valley Bureau Headquarters and Traffic Division project under Proposition Q for the City of Los Angeles Police Department. Services included design for grading, paving and drainage incorporating SUSMP, LEED and SWPPP requirements for the new administration building and parking structure. Services also included utility connections for fire, water, sanitary sewer and storm drains.
