E.W. Moon, Inc. provided Civil Engineering services for the development of a 2.8 acres site in the northwest corner of Western Avenue and 60th Street for Animal Services Center. Services included design of grading, paving and drainage for the new facility and a surface parking lot and design and coordination for sanitary sewer, water, fire and storm drain connections. Plans also included “B” permit plans for the off-site street improvements and process through the city’s various departments for approvals.
