E.W. Moon, Inc. provided Civil Engineering design for a new Wisdom Elementary School with 1,050 seats including classrooms, administrative offices, teaching stations, library, food service, multipurpose, and other support facilities. This 4.2-acre site is located on the east side of Central Avenue, from Florence to 74th Street, including vacated 73rd Street. Site work included on-site and off-site development for an underground parking structure for 95 cars and site circulation. Services also include coordination of utilities and “B” permit plans for drop-off lanes, new curb, gutters, sidewalks with street trees along the public streets and street vacation leading to closure of 73rd Street and construction of a new street between 73rd Street and 74th Street.
