E.W. Moon, Inc. provided Civil Engineering design for the new Maclay Primary Center. This new 5.6-acre site in Sun Valley include a multi-purpose/food service building, an administration building, kindergarten building and paved and landscaped area for playgrounds. Off-site street improvements include “B” permit plans for drop-off lanes.
