E.W. Moon, Inc. provided construction management support services for the renovation and expansion of the Hyperion Treatment Plant to provide full secondary treatment in compliance with EPA guidelines. Responsibilities included reviewing, evaluating and documenting contractor’s activities, preparing construction management reports and specifications, monitoring contract costs, analyzing cost, schedule and claims impacts, managing drafting submittal and distribution process and coordinating with the City of Los Angeles, consultants, contractors and other agencies involved or impacted by the construction.
